It could be a good idea to generate a tentative calender of dates, so we can plan our meetings/events to 'get the ball rolling'. Someone could be delegated as a minute-taker (or a rotation system) who posts each set of notes into a pdf for everyone to access. That way everything is documented...
Furthermore we could create a basic, dare I say 'non-designed' print/e-newsletter with photos and such, to give context to the Hookup initiative...

have you guys heard of google calender... I findd it quite easy to access and manage... for the documentation, i will suggest to make a wiki where everyone can access to.... and couple or even 3 ppl to manage and add entries... (one for collect data, one for add data to wiki, and one more for sending out update email every week maybe)
