hi guys... happening is not really happening.. i am worried...
I met Adam tonight.. in the openning of our end of year exhibition...and i shot him a email tonight.. here is what i wrote.. I think we can use them in the event...
Hi, Adam
I think Dec 14th(Thursday) would be the good time for the party.
For the main attraction of the party, I think It cant be just "something event", it is not obvious enough and people won pay much attention about it. So I think to create some kind of controversial topic which will make people agree or disagree with. My example will be
saying something like:
"Sugar is Salty,
Prove me wrong!"
and
"Salt is Sugary,
Prove me wrong!"
and in the party we can swap the salt with the sugar... and sugar with the salt to trigger the happening to happen....
in the party we will be announcing what this whole thing and organization for(get inspire and create discussions. )
For the people....
if for one Uni, we could gather 20 people... which totall will be 60 people from 3 Uni.. the party will be a success..(the more the better of cuz)
(Target audience? would be people turning 3rd year, and 2nd year like you say... graduated students are welcome too... and academics too...)
For the venue
We need to propose this concept to Steven in Lab 3000, and see what he think. and if they can organize a place with supply of alcohol, (or they give us certain amount of money, and go find a place)
before the party... we could do some live performance in the city to catch attentions... of cuz email to all the target audience we try to grab... talk to them.. grab them in... text them, call them... magaphone.. whatever...
tell me what you think..
